I live near Dallas and found a boat that met all of our criteria through internet searches. We contacted the dealership and Jeff Trout responded. He was fantastic through the entire process! He even recommended a test drive of the boat before making our final decision. We loved the boat during the test drive and Jeff went out of his way to answer all my questions and thoroughly went through all parts of the boat to make sure I was comfortable taking it out the first time. We drove to Foley and brought the boat back with us to Dallas. I could not be any happier with the experience with Jeff and Patti. Patti handled all of the closing paperwork and she also was a pleasure to work with.

We just purchased our 2nd boat from Ocean Marine in Gulfport..a 2016 Key West 239 the level of service thru the entire purchase process was impeccable! The entire staff that we worked with, Randy our Salesperson was highly knowledgeable and a great guy, made sure we were taken care of at every point of the sales process. Don, the Manager, great to work with as well, him and Randy are a great team and truly made this purchase experience one as great as the boat we now own, thanks to them! Butch in the service department did a great job getting our new boat water ready and made sure to answer any questions we had, another great member of OM team! Jewel at the front desk, keeps all these guys in line and makes sure to make her customer feel important whether on the phone (for the 50th time!) or in person, always a smile. Zach, did an amazing job cleaning our new boat before we took delivery, he had a big job to do in a short amount of time & he delivered, It looked amazing.We can't say enough good things about the staff at Ocean Marine that worked with us on this buying experience. Definitely 5 star level service.

I appreciate the top notch customer service you have provided, and also thank you for waiving the fee to ship to South Mississippi Marine in Hattiesburg. For the past month I have been trying to solve my problem and you by far have provided the best solution at the best price, and we haven't even met. At this time, I am going to fix my boat and not venture into new boat territory. I will, however come to you first when and if I choose to buy a new boat or if I need out of town service. I will also recommend you to anyone who asks about where to get a Hurricane, or other boats for that matter. Again, I thank you for your kindness and business professionalism in this matter.
